Hi, I’m Yeji.

Growing up, I adopted a set of beliefs on what a successful life looks like and how I should be in order to achieve it. I was shown a pretty well paved path and I followed it diligently, studying at prestigious universities, graduating with magna cum laude, working in highly competitive public international organizations and in the management consulting sector, going up the corporate ladder, and buying a home. 

And one day, my soul started to crave for something more. Something more creative, fulfilling and freeing that had no clear path ahead. I decided to dare to be the kind of person I wanted to be and create a life I loved. Since then, my journey has been about listening to my curiosities and honoring it with commitment and action in the face of uncertainty. I went through major personal and professional transformations and continue to evolve. One of the most important changes I underwent was building a new relationship with myself based on love, compassion and deeper integration across the physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual aspects of myself. Another was becoming a professional coach and building my own coaching practice, tapping into my passion and genius for seeing and empowering people from inside out.

I believe in self-accountability - we are the author of our lives and nobody else can do the work for us. And, our evolution can be facilitated by someone who intuitively sees us outside our own box, creates an empowering space for us to explore and expand, and provides expertise and insights to get unstuck and moving powerfully. I am grateful to be able to partner with my clients in this beautiful and meaningful work.
